Customer Service Representative

Sparta Networking is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a full-time, on-site team. In this position, you will support customers over the phone, help with reservation or appointment details, and make sure information is entered correctly.

This role works well for someone who is dependable, friendly, and comfortable following a simple process. Training is provided, so prior experience is not required.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and provide basic support
  • Make follow-up calls when needed
  • Help customers with scheduling and reservation updates
  • Enter notes and information into the system
  • Use provided scripts and follow company procedures
  • Keep calls professional, clear, and helpful

Requirements

  • Good phone communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable attendance
  • Ability to stay organized
  • Comfortable speaking with customers
  • Must be 18 years or older

No experience required — paid training provided.

Schedule Options

  • Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday – Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
