Pay: $17–$19 per hour + commission

Sparta Networking is hiring Customer Service Representatives to help callers explore vacation packages, make reservations, and manage existing bookings. You'll answer questions, explain available options, and help customers choose a package that fits their travel plans.

This inbound phone position combines customer service with sales. You should be comfortable recommending services, offering relevant upgrades, and asking customers to complete a booking. Previous travel experience isn't required—we provide paid training.

Schedule Options

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM
• Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 3 PM–10 PM
• Weekend Schedule: Saturday–Tuesday, 9 AM–6 PM
• Part-time: Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM–6 PM

How You'll Help Customers

• Answer incoming calls about vacation packages and reservations.
• Explain package details, travel dates, pricing, and promotions.
• Recommend options based on each customer's needs.
• Help customers purchase packages and complete bookings.
• Offer upgrades or additional services when appropriate.
• Update reservations and customer account information.
• Enter booking details accurately and document conversations.
• Address routine questions with friendly, professional service.

What Makes a Good Fit

You enjoy speaking with people, listen carefully, and can explain information clearly. You're comfortable guiding a conversation toward a sale while helping customers make informed decisions.

We're looking for dependable applicants with basic computer skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new systems. A confident phone presence, punctuality, and good organizational habits are important.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
