Customer Service Representative 

Costa Mesa, CA (In-Office) | Full-Time | $22 - $26/hour + monthly performance bonus

Popsicle Air delivers heating, cooling, plumbing, and air quality services across Orange County. We're not your average HVAC company -- we're cooler.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first voice customers hear. When someone calls Popsicle Air, you are the company -- the reason they either book with us or keep dialing down the list.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls live -- warmly, professionally, and with confidence
• Listen, guide the conversation, and book appointments (inbound sales focus)
• Recognize sales opportunities and route them to the Sales Representative
• Maintain the daily schedule in ServiceTitan; dispatch technicians in the field
• Proactively update customers on arrival windows and schedule changes
• Respond to texts, web inquiries, and social messages promptly
• Handle concerns with empathy and ownership; escalate when needed
• Make outbound calls for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
• Enter leads and customer data into ServiceTitan accurately
• Support general office operations: payments, invoicing, memberships, permits

What You Bring

• 1+ years in a customer-facing phone role (CSR, call center, reservations, dispatch)
• Strong phone presence -- warm, confident, articulate, and comfortable leading conversations
• Ability to book appointments and convert inquiries
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
• Fast, accurate data entry with attention to detail
• Dependable and consistently present
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services
• ServiceTitan or similar field service platform experience
• Prior dispatch or scheduling experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
