Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a manufacturing company in Cottage Grove, MN.

What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative:

Process purchase orders and prepare customer quotes
Review orders for completeness and accuracy using internal and external systems
Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email (inbound and outbound)
Resolve order and product issues in collaboration with sales teams
Track order status, lead times, and shipping details, providing timely updates
Identify errors, implement corrections, and help improve processes
Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal departments

What You Need to Bring to the Customer Service Representative Role:

Experience navigating multiple software systems
Ability to work independently and know when to seek guidance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent follow-through and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks or projects
Critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
