About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a manufacturing company in Cottage Grove, MN.

What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative:- Process purchase orders and prepare customer quotes
- Review orders for completeness and accuracy using internal and external systems
- Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email (inbound and outbound)
- Resolve order and product issues in collaboration with sales teams
- Track order status, lead times, and shipping details, providing timely updates
- Identify errors, implement corrections, and help improve processes
- Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal departments
What You Need to Bring to the Customer Service Representative Role:- Experience navigating multiple software systems
- Ability to work independently and know when to seek guidance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent follow-through and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks or projects
- Critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
