Are you passionate about helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service? ABT Insurance Services is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Position is On-site
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming client calls and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, payments, coverage questions, and general account servicing.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in our agency management system.
  • Follow established procedures and service standards.
  • Work closely with producers, retention specialists, and management to support client needs.
  • Complete assigned tasks and follow-up activities in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years previous customer service experience, required.
  • Insurance experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
