As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers in the branch to process loan applications, accept payments, and assist in successfully managing their accounts.
What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
Process loan applications and payments
Answer questions about accounts and loan options
Work with customers to find solutions if they become past due
Maintain accurate customer records
Work with your team to meet branch goals
