Customer Service Representative, Medicaid Provider Support

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate
Schedule: Full Time, Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support Medicaid providers by answering questions related to eligibility, medical claims, and program services. If you have recent high volume call center experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

 

This position is onsite in Austin, Texas, with the potential for future remote work based on business needs and individual performance.

 

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Answer inbound calls from Medicaid providers regarding eligibility, claims status, and program information.
  • Deliver professional, courteous, and unbiased customer service on every interaction.
  • Research customer inquiries and assist with problem resolution.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions using online systems.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 6 months of recent, verifiable experience in a high-volume contact center or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask while navigating multiple computer applications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to performance expectations.

 

Schedule

  • Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Schedule changes cannot be accommodated during the first 90 days of employment.
  • Strict adherence to attendance and performance standards is required.
