These custom solutions are designed and engineered to protect not only products but also our earth!We are seeking a reliable, highly detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) who excels at organization, follow‑through, multitasking, and maintaining and facilitating product and information between internal departments and our clients. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll provide friendly, professional support while managing a variety of administrative and customer‑focused tasks. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage full order life cycles, especially time‑sensitive requests, while ensuring information is accurate and preventing errors or delays. In this role, you'll work closely with the Vice President of the company, Account Managers, and Director of Sales, ensuring information is accurate, details are handled correctly, and the workflow stays precise and reliable.Task SummaryMaintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while handling customer concerns or complaintsProcess new and existing customers, verify order and shipping information, and complete order entry, creating and maintaining customer and product records, ensuring data accuracyAbility to handle complete order processing, including order entry, coordination with production and shipping, invoicing, and confirming client paymentPrioritize urgent orders and ensure timely communication across coordinating departments so production and shipping stay alignedAbility to work with manufacturers, distribution centers, warehouses, and transportation providers, as well as monitor and maintain shipping schedules in coordination with the purchaser and production team promptly, addressing any delays or changes to protect deadlinesUtilize QuickBooks for order entry, invoicing, and tracking customer accountsCollaborate with team members to improve delivery service and enhance customer satisfactionPerform general administrative duties, including ordering office supplies, handling mail, data entry, filing, maintaining organized records, and basic bookkeeping tasksKeep common areas such as the office, sample space, and break room clean and organizedWelcome and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate contactsRespond with professionalism and courtesy to incoming phone calls and ensure accurate reroutingStrong skills in identifying and forecasting customer buying behavior to inform strategy and support business growth.Coordinate sample production and shipping as neededProvide additional administrative assistance as neededRequirements2+ years of previous experience in business‑to‑business customer service or office managementAssociate's degree or equivalent from two‑year college preferred.Basic mathematical skills are necessaryExperience in QuickBooks is requiredProficient in Microsoft suite (Excel & Outlook)Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining strict attention to detail and accurate documentationSelf‑starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.Demonstrated skill in managing calendars, schedules, and follow‑up tasks without oversightBilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clienteleA proactive attitude towards problem‑solving and a willingness to learn new skillsStrong organizational skills with experience in calendar managementHubSpot CRM (or equivalent) experience preferredPosition is In‑Office 100% of the time worked (not remote or hybrid)For more information, please reach out to HR.
