As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping customers understand products, resolve questions, and find solutions that improve their day-to-day experience. You’ll also gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and brand management while contributing to a team that values growth, collaboration, and innovation.

Your role as a Customer Service Representative (CSR):


  • Engage directly with customers to explain products, services, and promotions that drive sales success

  • Use active listening to identify customer needs and recommend tailored sales solutions

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records to track performance and progress

  • Support daily sales goals by participating in outreach, product demonstrations, and event-based marketing

  • Resolve inquiries with professionalism and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives and team leaders to refine service and sales techniques

  • Participate in ongoing coaching sessions to strengthen communication and closing abilities
