Position Overview
As our Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking HVAC services. You'll answer calls, schedule appointments, respond to online inquiries, assist with customer questions, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate service appointments efficiently
- Respond to emails, website inquiries, social media messages, Yelp requests, and other online communications
- Provide customers with information about HVAC services, maintenance plans, promotions, and appointment details
- Assist customers with basic questions and service-related concerns
- Update and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system
- Coordinate with dispatchers and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
- Support a positive, collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service, call center, administrative, or customer support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-first attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and learning new technology
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
