Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly (Depending on Experience)
