Customer Service Representative (CSR)

CGS ORIS is an international technology company serving customers throughout the Americas, with corporate headquarters in Plymouth, MN. We are a creative, dynamic team operating out of a beautiful new office space, and we’re looking for a full-time, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (level I) to join our group. This position is based on site at our Plymouth, MN office and is available for an immediate start. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support by answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Perform daily sales order entry, invoice, and RMA processing
• Ensuring timely response and delivery of customer orders
• Reconciling inventory and vendor bills
• General Bookkeeping
• Contacting our customers to ensure our Customer Database is complete and up to date
• Maintain an organized and efficient filing structure
• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Two + years of experience preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions/Peachtree/Great Plains, Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, reliable, and exceptionally detail-oriented
• Positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude
