Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Provide accurate information about insurance policies and services.

Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processing.

Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products and services.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous customer service experience required.

Property & Casualty license required.

Previous insurance experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
