CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-Time
• Potential start date: Next Monday (pending successful pre-employment screening)

ROLE IMPACT
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers by resolving inquiries accurately and efficiently. Success in this role means delivering exceptional service, coordinating effectively across departments, and ensuring orders and customer requests are handled with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order, shipping, returns, and fulfillment issues.
• Review customer requests carefully and make sound, independent decisions to achieve timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring attention to detail in all customer interactions.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by taking ownership of issues from start to finish.

Minimum Qualifications
• Strong customer service experience with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, and a dependable work history.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, returns, or order fulfillment is preferred.
