As a Customer Service Rep, you'll be the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and coordinating truck loads in and out of the facility. You'll work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient service, contributing to the company's success and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for
- Communicating with clients via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing a high volume of truck loads in coordination with clients and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Handling clerical tasks with great attention to detail
- Supporting the team with multi-tasking and adapting to changing priorities

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Lewiston and offers a full-time schedule from Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Candidates must be able to walk long distances around the facility and exercise caution when walking due to the production environment.
