Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage, and billing.

Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and general account maintenance.

Identify customer needs and help them navigate our services and products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service.

Document customer interactions and update client records accurately in agency management systems.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Experience with EZLynx agency management system is highly preferred.

A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
