The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing a variety of clerical support duties, including answering the telephone and greeting visitors. He or she is responsible for reviewing and processing consumer and business customer’s deposits made through remote channels utilizing the Fiserv Deposit Review system (SCO). The Customer Service Representative courteously and promptly answers customer questions and service requests or refers them to appropriate personnel.
