Licensing Assistance


Responsibilities

Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes

Process endorsements, renewals, and policy updates accurately and efficiently


Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-in requests with professionalism and care


Follow up with clients regarding missing information, documentation, or signatures


Support the sales team by preparing quotes, applications, and client files


Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system


Help identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and refer them to licensed agents


Handle claims inquiries and guide clients through the next steps in the claims process


Ensure all work meets company and compliance standards


Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once


Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software


Positive, team-oriented attitude


Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail


Previous customer service, office, or call center experience preferred
