• Answer inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and vendors in a timely, professional manner in both English and Spanish

• Process storage requests, inventory orders, and retrieval scheduling

• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, inventory transactions, and service logs

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm product availability, intake, and release of solar panels and cotton inventory

• Communicate special handling requirements for climate-controlled storage items

• Resolve customer concerns or complaints, escalating when necessary

• Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks


Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus

• Bilingual in English and Spanish – required (read, write, and speak fluently)

• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages

• Comfortable working in a warehouse office environment

• Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, data entry)

• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
