The Big Task

You will support customers and field technicians by scheduling service appointments, dispatching calls efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments efficiently and professionally.

  • Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules to maximize efficiency.

  • Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, managers, and field technicians throughout the day.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and job information in the dispatching system.

  • Monitor emails, scheduling software, and vendor portals for incoming service requests.

  • Assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  • Support daily office operations and maintain organized documentation and data entry.

  • Uphold company values and provide outstanding customer service on every interaction.

What Were Looking For

  • Previous customer service, dispatch, or office experience preferred.

  • Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or home service industry is a plus.

  • Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable handling high call volume and computer-based scheduling systems.

  • A team-oriented attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
