Mr. Electric is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher!
At Mr. Electric, our office team plays a key role in creating a positive experience for every customer. We are looking for a committed, hard-working, detail-oriented, and open-minded Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. This role is an important part of our daily operations and supports both our customers and electricians by answering calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, completing data entry, assisting with reports, and helping keep the office running smoothly.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm or 4pm
What You'll Be Doing:
• Answering customer calls and scheduling appointments or jobs based on customer needs
• Dispatching and directing electricians to appropriate customer locations while monitoring route status and prioritizing schedules
• Providing excellent customer service through clear, professional, and positive communication
• Following up with customers regarding unsold work and making sure questions, needs, and concerns are addressed
• Assisting technicians and office staff with requests
• Completing data entry accurately and efficiently
• Preparing weekly reports and supporting auditing tasks as needed
• Performing various other office, administrative, customer service, and dispatching responsibilities
What You Need To Be Successful:
• Minimum typing speed of 55 WPM
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers, technology, and data entry systems
• Strong telephone, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to produce professional, error-free letters, emails, and customer communications
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional in all customer and team interactions
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback
• 2+ years of administrative experience preferred, but not required
