Customer Service Representative

Our office is quickly growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! The position offered is full time. Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in.

Responsibilities

Client Service & Account Management

• Manage and service a designated book of Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines accounts
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes

• Provide coverage reviews and recommend appropriate policy options

• Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and cross-selling opportunities

Policy Administration

• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and certificates of insurance

• Prepare proposals, quotes, and policy comparisons

• Review policies for accuracy and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines

• Assist with renewal marketing when necessary

Carrier & Vendor Communication

• Communicate with insurance carriers to negotiate coverage and resolve underwriting issues

• Follow up on pending endorsements, claims status, and policy documentation

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system

• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and agency standards

• Adhere to Georgia insurance compliance requirements

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with producers and agency leadership to support account growth

• Assist with cross-selling and referral opportunities

• Contribute to agency workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction goals

Active Georgia Property & Casualty license (preferred)
