Responsibilities
Client Service & Account Management
- Manage and service a designated book of Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines accounts
- Serve as primary contact for client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes
- Provide coverage reviews and recommend appropriate policy options
- Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and cross-selling opportunities
Policy Administration
- Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and certificates of insurance
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and policy comparisons
- Review policies for accuracy and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Assist with renewal marketing when necessary
Carrier & Vendor Communication
- Communicate with insurance carriers to negotiate coverage and resolve underwriting issues
- Follow up on pending endorsements, claims status, and policy documentation
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and agency standards
- Adhere to Georgia insurance compliance requirements
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with producers and agency leadership to support account growth
- Assist with cross-selling and referral opportunities
- Contribute to agency workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction goals
