Customer Service Rep

Pay Rate: $19 per hour, W 2


  • Location: Dover, DE
  • Duration: 6 Month Contract, with potential to extend/convert (19/hr will be the conversion rate)
  • Work Mode: 100% onsite
  • Shift: 9-5 or 10-6, Day Shift
  • New resumes needed--looking for customer service experience, ideally email support as well, role will involve a lot of email communication with clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to and collaborate with other company corporate team members.
  • Respond and resolve incoming vendor requests, queries, issues, and concerns via phone and email.
  • Efficiently manage the order process alongside other company corporate team members, from initial request through processing and during follow-up investigations and order fulfillment.
  • Responsible for obtaining certificates of status with both the state and/or revenue departments, conducting name availability and status searches, producing verbal bring-down reports, filing/tracking name reservations and registrations, as well as obtaining copies of miscellaneous public record documents.
  • Responsible for corporate filings including, but not limited to the preparation, review, and filing of: articles of incorporation/organization, amendments, DBA/assumed business names, newspaper publications, and annual reports.
  • Any other duties of similar or lesser nature as required.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Required to multi-task, accept directions well, possess a strong attention to detail, and manage time wisely.
  • Must be computer literate; Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Ensure superior customer service is always provided and maintain a high level of professionalism.
