Customer Service Representative

Nesco Resource is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for our client to manage domestic and international customer accounts. This role involves order entry, logistics coordination, invoicing, and customer communication to ensure accurate, on-time delivery and excellent service.

Monday thru Friday
Pay $17.88-$21.54

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders using SAP and PeopleSoft

• Coordinate shipping logistics using Origin Manager

• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours

• Create and maintain customer profiles and purchase orders

• Issue credits/rebates and resolve payment discrepancies

• Collaborate with internal teams (Shipping, Finance, Planning, etc.)

• Support sales with reports and pricing quotes

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in customer service or corporate environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with SAP is a plus

• Associate degree preferred, not required
