Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries
- Provide excellent day-to-day customer support
- Process policy updates and documentation accurately
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication
- Support the agency team with administrative and service-related tasks
- Follow up to ensure customer needs are resolved promptly
Qualifications:
- Insurance experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
