About the Role
We are looking for a detail-driven Customer Service Representative to manage customer
orders from entry through fulfillment. This role plays a critical part in our day-to-day operations
by ensuring orders are entered correctly, communicated clearly, and delivered on time.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Shipping, and Logistics teams while
serving as a key point of contact for customers.
The role includes entering orders into our ERP system, verifying pricing and availability, tracking
fulfillment, resolving issues, and generating customer documentation.
Schedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Location: On-site in Downlers Grove, IL
Pay: $22-28/hr, depending on experience

What You’ll Do
Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system
Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, availability, and ship dates
Respond to customer questions and provide timely updates on order status or delays
Coordinate with sales, operations, warehouse, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure
smooth fulfillment
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, backorders, and special requests
Generate order confirmations and required customer documentation
Help improve order entry and fulfillment processes over time
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional attention to detail and high-accuracy data entry skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working under pressure
College degree and 3+ years of customer service or order management experience
Preferred Experience
Comfort using AI tools to automate routine tasks, improve data accuracy, and support
faster, more effective decision-making
High-volume order entry in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)
Working with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve shipment or inventory issues
Creating order confirmations, BOLs, and shipping documentation
