Trident consulting is hiring Customer Service Representative

Title: Customer Service Representative III
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA- Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM)
Type: Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $27/Hr. on W2.

We are hiring a Customer Service Associate for a 100% onsite opportunity in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a temp-to-hire role supporting customer order management and internal sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, and online portal
  • Verify pricing, quantities, shipping details, and customer information
  • Resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, returns, and replacements
  • Coordinate with Shipping and Accounting teams for timely fulfillment
  • Maintain records in ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, and SAP
  • Support hospitals, surgery centers, and internal sales representative
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service, order entry, or order management experience
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP preferred)
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and data entry skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Healthcare or medical device industry experience is a plus
