Trident consulting is hiring Customer Service Representative

Title: Customer Service Representative III
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA- Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday (7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM)
Type: Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $27/Hr. on W2.

We are hiring a Customer Service Associate for a 100% onsite opportunity in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a temp-to-hire role supporting customer order management and internal sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, and online portal

Verify pricing, quantities, shipping details, and customer information
Resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, returns, and replacements
Coordinate with Shipping and Accounting teams for timely fulfillment
Maintain records in ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, and SAP
Support hospitals, surgery centers, and internal sales representative

Requirements:

2+ years of customer service, order entry, or order management experience

Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP preferred)
Strong communication, multitasking, and data entry skills
Microsoft Office proficiency required
Healthcare or medical device industry experience is a plus
