Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking candidates for a full-time Customer Service Representative position with a local insurance company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in an office environment.

The Customer Service Representative will support clients and internal staff by processing service requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a structured workflow system while managing a variety of customer account and policy-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer service requests through a workflow management system
  • Handle policy updates, changes, and cancellations
  • Assist customers with benefit changes and account adjustments
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service by phone, email, and in person
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of service-related tasks
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, administrative, insurance, HR, or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficient with computers and data entry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established processes

Compensation & Schedule
  • Full-time position
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Pay range: $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience
