Seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide professional support to internal and external clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate data entry and order processing from various sources.
- Offer technical product information and assist with electronic ordering systems.
- Communicate order updates, delays, and promotions to customers.
- Manage daily service level reporting to ensure quality service.
Qualifications: High school diploma, 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail, ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, team-oriented mindset, and fluent English. Experience in optics is a plus.
Compensation ranges from $17.18 to $23.78 hourly, with benefits including health care, retirement, paid time off, and employee discounts.
