Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong computer, data entry, and communication skills

Experience Requirements

• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Experience handling customer inquiries by phone and email
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft apps
• Ability to manage order entry, invoicing, and customer records accurately
• Experience working with shipping, logistics, or product fulfillment processes is a plus

• Ability to build positive customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to communicate clearly by phone, email, and in person
• Capable of performing repetitive computer and data-entry tasks

Job Duties

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support before and after sales
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and product requests via phone and email
• Process customer orders, provide pricing information, and coordinate order fulfillment
• Assist with product purchasing, shipping methods, routing, and delivery schedules
• Monitor shipments and proactively communicate shipping updates or delays
• Contact customers regarding contract cancellations and identify resolution opportunities
• Maintain accurate sales orders, invoicing records, and customer account information
• Develop product knowledge and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes
