We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Advisor for our Quick Lane Department. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working in a team environment. In this fast-paced role, you'll greet customers, communicate wait times, explain technician findings, provide estimates, and obtain approval for services. You'll also keep management informed of repair issues and deliver vehicles, reviewing reports with customers. Requirements include a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, prior customer service experience (preferably automotive), excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. The position offers a base pay of $16.50-$18.50/hour, with bonuses, working Monday-Friday and every third Saturday, with a rotating day off.
