Location: Edina, MN
Pay: $25–$29/hour
Schedule: M–F, 8:00/8:30 AM – 5:00


About the Role


We’re looking for a friendly and solutions‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join a financial services team. In this role, you’ll help customers with account questions, resolve issues, and work with internal teams to keep things running smoothly.


What You’ll Do



  • Answer customer calls and emails in a timely, professional way

  • Help with common requests like billing questions, payments, account updates, and documentation

  • Troubleshoot issues (payments, account discrepancies, etc.) and escalate when needed

  • Work closely with other departments (collections, asset teams, etc.)

  • Keep accurate notes and meet service goal


What They’re Looking For



  • 1–3 years of customer service experience (financial services a plus)

  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

  • Organized and able to handle a fast‑paced environment

  • Comfortable working with numbers and detail
