Job Overview:
Provides support customers and the sales team by performing the following duties.
Job Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
Ensures all orders received, through EDI, emails and phone are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure any changes or revisions orders are properly documented and communicated.
Provide necessary documents operations/warehouse department.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication with all customers regarding price discrepancies, out of stocks and potential shipping delays.
Ensure all customer related documentation is complete and filed.
Processes RMAs and credits. When necessary forward credits customers and corporate finance.
Oversee/manage Paper-vision.
Attend and participate meetings as required.
Additional Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls.
Oversee the resolution of all customer complaints. Ensure communications are comprehensive and thorough.
Report all complaints supervisor when applicable.
Provide customers missing or misplaced documents including but not limited invoices and BOLs.
Provide effective support sales team.
Greets and screens visitors and telephone call and notifies staff members or records and relays messages.
Monitors admittance facility assuring admittance is authorize employees and vendors only.
Complete miscellaneous customer care functions and special projects as assigned.
Complete reports and maintain documentation as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education/ Certifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Experience:
One years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel; IDS systems; Power Sell software; EDI software and Microsoft Outlook.
Oral and written communication skills.
Time management.

Ability tread and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Work Environment:
Hybrid Role:
This position follows a hybrid schedule working in office (4) days per week. The acceptable split between onsite and remote work is determined by the manager.
Hybrid associates may choose work from an office on a more frequent basis than required.
Onsite Role:
This position requires the associate perform all duties at one of our locations, such as a distribution center or office.

This position may require the associate travel company offices, distribution centers, or other locations for specific meetings or other business reasons.

Physical Environment/Demands:
Office Roles:
Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal.

Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephones, and other office equipment in the course of a normal workday.

Warehouse Roles:
Ability lift up t75 pounds and stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently.
Exposed temperatures ranging from -20 degrees below zert35 degrees Fahrenheit in Perishable Operation and 37 degrees t90 degrees Fahrenheit in Grocery Operation.
Ability repetitious arm, wrist, and hand movements required for maintenance and service procedures.
Must be able work with hands and arms overhead, and work in or under the equipment.
Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination, and good balance work both at ground level and in high places perform job duties. Ability perate work-related equipment.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability adjust focus.
