Location: Elgin, IL
Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Schedule and Hours: Onsite, Monday through Friday - 10a to 7p, with 1 hour lunch

Required Skills:

• Experience working with computers, including dual monitors, and quick learners of new software.
• Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong grievance-resolution abilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a high-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with customer service in a similar setting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or comparable support software.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of related customer service experience preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
• Must be capable of fulfilling all physical requirements associated with the role, with or without accommodations.
