Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by resolving issues, providing accurate information, and fostering positive relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, escalating issues as needed to appropriate departments.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established guidelines, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Assist with placing orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Requirements: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
