You'll use various logistics tools to manage supply chain flow and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. You're the point of contact for customers, and you'll maintain a positive, helpful attitude as you assist them with any shipping, delivery, product, or pricing needs. You'll make customers feel heard, nurture strong relationships, proactively address concerns, and collect feedback so we can continue to improve our operations.You'll also have a hand in our logistics processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all activities. Attentive to detail, you'll process orders, complete data entry, review sales orders, and track shipments to ensure deliveries arrive on time. You'll work with freight, shipping, and logistics partners as needed to support cost-effective transportation processes, and you'll inform stakeholders about changes or updates.
