Century Group has a leading manufacturing client that is in search of an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join a team in Englewood. Qualified candidates with 1+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only.

7am-5pm Schedule

Job Description:
  • Troubleshoot account problems and resolve other general inquiries over the phone to maximize the customer experience
  • Demonstrate functional skill in communicating via email, utilizing basic account information pertaining to the customer
  • Process customer orders and issue credits accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and email on a daily basis, writing sample order requests and special orders when necessary
  • Work independently and escalates issues as appropriate
Requirements:
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
