Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for an 18-month contract with a premier global medical technology company in Englewood, NJ. This role is responsible for supporting customer inquiries, coordinating sales promotions and product installation logistics, and resolving customer claims while ensuring strict compliance with industry guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries regarding sales orders, promotions, installation timelines, and product communications.

• Resolve customer claims and account issues fairly and efficiently in alignment with organizational standards and consumer compliance requirements.

• Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at educating clients and improving overall customer experience metrics.

• Utilize customer feedback and survey data to help drive procedural and service improvements.

• Execute daily operational tasks in accordance with well-defined medical supply and account management routines.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional customer service, client support, or sales operations experience (experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus).

• Proven ability to work within structured, standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.

• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized training or associate degree preferred.
