Gift Card Manufacturing Industry Location: Downers Grove, IL | Full-Time
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers and business partners, supporting gift card orders, production updates, inventory inquiries, and account-related requests. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to build a career in customer service, account management, operations, or sales support.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Manage and track customer orders from production through delivery.
Provide updates on order status, inventory availability, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Operations, and Shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
Assist with reporting, documentation, and special projects.
Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Positive attitude and strong desire to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Previous internship, retail, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
