Customer Service Representative | Entry-Level

We’re hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to support customers, community members, and event attendees through face-to-face interaction, customer engagement, promotional events, and community programs.

No previous customer service experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers, community members, and event attendees
• Answer questions and provide clear information about products, services, and programs
• Represent partner organizations and brands at events and community activities
• Build positive relationships through friendly, professional interactions
• Help customers understand available products, services, and promotions
• Support customer engagement and outreach campaigns
• Assist with event setup, registration, and onsite activities
• Listen to customer feedback and communicate insights to team leaders
