Customer Service Representative – Entry Level | Immediate Hire

We’re hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives for immediate start. This is a full-time customer service opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build valuable experience in customer service, sales, events, promotions, and community outreach.

No previous experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

If you have experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, customer service, fundraising, or other people-facing roles, you may already have skills that transfer well to this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and face-to-face support
• Interact directly with customers and community members
• Answer questions and provide clear information about products, services, and campaigns
• Assist with customer engagement, promotional activities, and live events
• Build positive relationships through professional and personable communication
• Address customer questions or concerns and help find appropriate solutions
• Work with team members to achieve daily customer service and performance goals
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout each interaction

Qualifications

• No customer service experience required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
