Tri-Valley Collective is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain valuable professional experience.

No previous customer service experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll receive hands-on training while supporting customer engagement and community outreach activities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Interacting directly with customers and community members
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Answering questions and communicating campaign information
• Representing organizations and campaigns in a professional manner
• Helping create positive customer experiences
• Supporting community outreach and promotional events
• Building professional relationships with customers and community members
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions

• Developing communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborating with team members to support daily activities

No Experience Required
