Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in representing nonprofit and brand partners at live events and community-based programs. You will engage directly with the public, provide information, and help ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, donors, and event attendees in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information regarding campaigns, promotions, and nonprofit initiatives
