Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the face of nonprofit campaigns by educating the public, creating meaningful connections, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Engage with community members in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner.

Qualifications

No previous customer service, fundraising, nonprofit, or marketing experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training to help you succeed.
