Key Responsibilities
- Engage with community members to promote nonprofit fundraising campaigns and initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service by educating the public about each organization’s mission
- Build and maintain positive relationships with donors and supporters
- Assist with event-based fundraising and outreach activities
- Accurately track donor interactions, contributions, and engagement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance targets
