We are currently seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service & Fundraising Representatives. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with community members to promote nonprofit initiatives and fundraising campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and educating the public about each organization’s mission
- Build positive relationships with donors and supporters
- Assist with event-based fundraising efforts and outreach activities
- Accurately track donor interactions and contributions
- Collaborate with team members to meet campaign and fundraising goals
