We are actively hiring an enthusiastic, dependable individual to join our growing team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in customer service, community engagement, nonprofit support, and entry-level communications.

You will work in a public-facing role, interacting directly with community members to share information about meaningful nonprofit initiatives and help support fundraising efforts that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with community members in face-to-face conversations in public outreach settings
  • Represent nonprofit organizations and clearly explain their mission, goals, and programs
  • Provide friendly, respectful customer support while answering questions and sharing information
  • Help promote voluntary contributions that support charitable campaigns and community initiatives
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and approachable attitude throughout all interactions
  • Attend daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and skill-building workshops
  • Record basic interaction data and follow established guidelines and procedures
