Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish & English) Customer Service Representative to join their client's amazing team in Esondido, California. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone and email.
• Assist customers by addressing questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records within the company's database.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to different customer situations and find appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve the overall customer service process.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and polite attitude when interacting with customers.

Requirements

• MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH & SPANISH
• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning, communication, and deadline management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Work Hours

5AM - 2PM Monday - Friday plus work every other Saturday (will have an additional day off during the week when you work Saturdays)

Pay

• Competitive pay ranging from $20 to $24 per hour
